Axiado Corporation raises $100 million, to hire more in India

Axiado Corporation, a provider of security and management solutions for modern digital infrastructure, raised $100 million in a Series C+ funding round led by Maverick Silicon.

The investment will accelerate its global expansion, including a growing engineering presence in India, and accelerate innovation in AI-powered, hardware-connected products. San Jose-based Axiado said in a statement on Monday, December 22, 2025 that Prosperity7 Ventures, Orbit Venture Partners, Crosslink Capital, Nosterra Ventures and others participated in the financing round.

The company said it is deepening its research and development capabilities in India and “fueling the next wave of silicon innovation by scaling its engineering workforce and forging local partnerships between hyperscalers, telecom operators and AI infrastructure leaders.” Proceeds from the latest funding round will be used to expand sales, marketing and support teams and invest in the development of next-generation platforms. The funding will also spur further innovation, strengthen strategic partnerships with industry leaders, and accelerate go-to-market initiatives with OEM and ODM partners. Axiado solutions are aimed at more data centers around the world.

The company said it recently doubled its headcount in Taiwan and India. The Indian engineering center is expected to take an expanded role in firmware development, platform security engineering and silicon verification. “The strong response to our Series C+ round is validation from our customers and partners that AI-driven, hardware-connected security is now a fundamental requirement for today’s data centers,” said Gopi Sirineni, founder, President and CEO of Axiado.
