Businessman Sanjay Verma shot dead in Punjab’s Abohar in broad daylight
Sanjay Verma, a common owner of the ‘new Wear Well Gentor Tailor’ showroom, was shot in a wide -day light near Bhagat Singh Chowk, a lively commercial area.
Verma was just out of his car next to his showroom when he was shot several times.
Three attackers tried to move away, shifting the motorcycles. They ran a little distance from a suburban from another bike and escaped.
Verma ran to the local civilian hospital where doctors declared that they were dead.
The brazen murder sent shock waves throughout the city and made a large police deployment in the region. Abohar Mla Amandeep Singh Goldy reached the hospital to meet the grieving family and wish to condolences shortly after the incident. The victim’s body was sent for post -deaths and a large relatives, friends and natives remain in the hospital morgue where the crowds are collected.
Fazilka Police Senior Inspector Gourmet Singh launched an investigation into the murder.
All the entrance and output points of the town were sealed and a high warning in the area stole.
Several Trade Association called on Monday to completely close the markets to protest against the murder.
