Russia was behind downing of MH17: EU rights court
The European Court of Europe decided that Russia’s decrease in the MH17 flight of MH17 – Moscow was first elected as responsible for the 2014 tragedy by an international court.

The ECHR is an important part of the Council of Europe, the leading human rights institution in the continent.
Russia was fired from the council on the occupation and war of Moscow in Ukraine.
However, the Court may still be interested before being deported to Russia.
In 2023, the judges joined a challenge against the jurisdiction of Ukraine and the Netherlands, and found enough evidence to show the areas controlled by separatist rebels in Eastern Ukraine.
The decisions of Wednesday will not be the last of Ehcr, who is engaged in war.
Kiev has other cases waiting against Russia and there are about 10,000 cases brought by individuals against the Kremlin.
Decisions in Strasbourg are separate from the criminal prosecution in which two Russian and Ukraine rebels in the Netherlands were deprived of multiple murders for their roles on the MH17 flight.
In 2022, the upper court of the United Nations ordered Russia to stop military operations in Ukraine, while the lawsuit was heard, it is a year -long process.
Russia has changed its order by the International Court of Justice.
In June, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskiy officially approved the plans to establish a new international court to prosecute senior Russian officials for the fully -scale occupation of Ukraine.
