Belgian Grand Prix: Redd Bull focused on retaining Max Verstappen, says Laurent Mekies

Mekies’s appointment comes after a turbulent 18 -month period in Red Bull, who began with the accusation of a female employee of a female employee of sexual harassment and compelling control.

Two internal investigations rejected the allegations against Horner, who always rejected the allegations.

He watched the separation of the chief technical officer Adrian Newy and Sports Director Jonathan Wheatley and the resignation of Will Courtenay, the President of the Strategy, who signed for McLaren, but has been held by Red Bull for now.

“You don’t see a witness,” Mekies said. “You see a lot of desire to obtain this red bull’s energy, perhaps to reduce the noise outside, just to concentrate on the race. This is what you see and we will try to do it together.”

Mekies said he did not experience any negativity of Red Bull personnel after his bosses for 20 years.

“Everyone was incredibly supportive,” he said. “Willing to open the door, willing to talk, willing to listen, what were the restrictions, what were the strong aspects, how do we go to fight at a higher level tomorrow? I hope that.”

And Horner, who took on the previous role as the boss of Red Bull’s second team of Red Bull, said, “It is nothing but a supporter, which is very impressive in the context.”

“Laurent is an incredibly impressive person. For a long time, my friend and people have a great way to manage people.

“The role of the team manager is too much to motivate the team, to put the right people in the right positions and to give them the best opportunities and tools they need to do. I have no doubt that Laurent will be perfect.”
