Bill Belichick asked about latest Jordon Hudson drama

Bill Belichick’s first season as the North Carolina Tar Heels football coach probably didn’t go his way, as they picked up four wins in the final week of the regular season.

Belichick certainly didn’t want to hear any more questions about his girlfriend, Jordan Hudson, and whether she was a distraction to the program.

Hudson threatened to sue athlete Pablo Torre over reporting he made about his interactions with the school and program throughout the year. He showed off his all-reach sideline pass in a post on Instagram after the team’s final home game of the season.

A reporter asked Belichick on Wednesday about “distractions” off the field and whether there were any ways to “take some of that drama away.” The Tar Heels finished the year competing against NC State.

“Yeah, I just focused on the game,” Belichick said. via 247 Sports. “That’s what our team is focused on.”

Hudson and Torre sparred over her reporting throughout the week, but that wasn’t the only time she was in the spotlight throughout the year.

As her relationship with Belichick became more publicized, emails were leaked showing how involved she was in the program. She was also criticized for bursting into a CBS interview to shut down a question about her relationship with the legendary coach.

Despite all this, he supported the Tar Heels throughout the year. He regularly attends home games in Chapel Hill, wearing a shade of Carolina Blue and cheering on his team.
