J & K said that Sunil Sharma, the opposition leader in the Assembly Assembly, could not attend the meeting as he was not here. “Nuclear group members will put forward their views on possible candidates. Negotiations will be directed to the high command of the party through the relevant committee and will end the list of candidates who will compete with the elections. The last decision of the high command of the party high command is unacceptable.” Negotiations with any regional party on the subject continue.
He said the party plans to fight elections in all four seats.
The last date of nomination for Rajya Sabha questionnaires is 13 October. The count of the votes will be taken on the evening of October 24, one hour after the end of the polls.
For four Rajya Sabha seats in the Union region, the polling is conducted about a year after the parliamentary surveys. The seats remained empty when the conditions of the deputies at that time in February 2021 ended the end of Mir Mohammad Fayaz, Shamsher Singh, Ghulam Nabi Azad and Nazir Ahmed Laway.
Since Jammu and Kashmir were under the rule of the president at that time and not gathering, four seat surveys could not be conducted. The J&B Assembly was established in November last year after the first election for the Union Zone established in 2019.
