Suspect in shootings of Minnesota lawmakers apprehended – reports | Minnesota

Authorities told Associated Press and the New York Times, on June 14, the man who was suspected of opening fire to two minnesota laws and wives killed a lawmaker and husband late on Sunday night.
57 -year -old Vance Boelter is accused of shooting a democratic state representative Melissa Hortman and her husband Mark in their homes. Boelter is also suspected of seriously injuring the state senator John Hoffman and his wife Yette in their homes.
Officials, police after responding to the fire in Hortman’s house, Boelter claimed that he fled on foot. Authorities said that Boelter was wearing a police uniform that resembles a real law enforcement uniform that most civilians cannot say the difference.
