Blood scandal victims ‘harmed further’ by compensation delays
PAThousands of victims of the infected blood scandal, the president of the public investigation for disaster, said “more damage to compensation for a long time,” he said.
In a harsh report, Sir Brian Brian Langstaff said that the plan was “obvious injustices” as designed.

The government allocated £ 11.8 billion to pay compensation and said it had cut bureaucracy to accelerate payments to the victims.

In the 1970s and 80s, there was very little thing to stop the importation of contaminated blood products from abroad and there was evidence that the scandalous elements were covered.

The program is open to family members, including parents, children and siblings who can claim compensation on their own as an influenced person and the scandal.
Sir Brian’s extra 200 -page report found that the victims have been treated in the last 12 months.
“The United Kingdom government knows that thousands of people have been inevitable for years and define most of what they should have.”
