Bombshell new leaked audio that could sink Blake Lively: Listen to actress’ four-minute voice note to Justin Baldoni

Blake Lively’s claim that she was ‘fat-shamed’ by Justin Baldoni faces renewed scrutiny after a newly released audio clip revealed the actress wanted to delay filming to get in her ‘best shape’ after having a baby.
The unearthed recording, obtained by the Daily Mail from court filings in New York, shows Lively speaking candidly with Baldoni, her director and co-star of the 2024 film It Ends with Us, in February 2023, just weeks after she gave birth. months before her fourth child and the cameras started rolling.
The actress admitted that while she wanted to ‘exercise every day’, she felt anxious about returning to work so early.
The audio recording, released as part of Baldoni’s bid to dismiss Lively’s $160 million lawsuit before the case went to trial in May, appears to undermine one of her most explosive claims — that she was humiliated after Baldoni allegedly commented on her weight shortly after giving birth.
Lively claimed in her lawsuit that Baldoni asked her personal trainer about her weight, and trainer Dan Saladino immediately relayed the comment to her.
According to Lively, this was insensitive behavior considering she had recently given birth.

The actor claims she lost more than $160 million after claiming he sexually harassed her on set and retaliated with a smear campaign
The Gossip Girl star claims Baldoni sexually harassed her on the set of It Ends With Us and retaliated against her with a smear campaign.
Baldoni denies all the allegations, but a judge dismissed a $400 million defamation lawsuit the actor filed last year.
Saladino testified that he was surprised when Baldoni asked him about Lively’s weight, probably because he was worried about not being able to lift her during a dance scene.
Saladino testified that this made him feel “uncomfortable” and he told Lively this. Baldoni claims he has back problems and just wanted to be safe during filming.
Lively’s voicemail was sent to Baldoni on February 8, 2023, three months before shooting began.
The ‘fat shaming’ allegation was perhaps one of Lively’s most explosive allegations in the case, centering on comments Baldoni made to her longtime personal trainer, Don Saladino.
She vividly described feeling anxious about returning to work weeks after giving birth to her fourth child
In the rambling four-and-a-half-minute message, Lively said she had spoken to the director of the sci-fi movie Proxy, which she would shoot before It Ends With Us, because there was “too little time for preparation.”
Lively said Baldoni was asked by the Proxy director if the start date of It Ends With Us could be pushed back, but he said no.
He said: ‘I’m in a really bad situation. I don’t talk to her (the other manager) the way I talk to you, so I didn’t mention to her that there is no baby nurse – still not, by the way.
‘The idea of going back to work immediately. The idea of wanting to train every day and still be on set every day. Like, what did I do?’
Lively told Baldoni that only a one-week gap between filming Proxy and It Ends With Us was “a lot” because she “really wanted to focus on our movie.”
The texts also revealed that Baldoni offered words of reassurance to Blake, encouraging her to “not stress about her body” and assuring her that she would “look great”
‘Shooting in April, March is so early after having a baby and not sleeping and wanting to be in top shape and all that,’ she said.
Lively added that she and Ryan Reynolds were “really stressed” about spending the entire month of June apart.
He said that they had only been apart for less than two weeks so far and that they wanted to be with their children during the summer holidays.
In the end it didn’t work on Proxy.
The alleged “fat shaming” particularly angered Reynolds, who made the joke during a meeting at the home he shares with Lively in January 2024, according to legal records.
Baldoni had claimed that Lively’s husband Ryan Reynolds was ‘furious’ over the alleged fat shaming and demanded an apology.
The film follows florist Lily Bloom, played by Lively, as she falls in love with a charming but abusive neurosurgeon played by Baldoni, who is also the film’s director.
According to Baldoni, Reynolds became ‘enraged’ during the ‘traumatic encounter’, prompting the Deadpool star to demand an apology.
Reynolds became further enraged when Baldoni ‘resisted apologizing for what he didn’t do,’ according to court documents.
Baldoni’s lawyers said he had “never been spoken to this way in his life.”
In her complaint, Lively alleged that Baldoni “routinely humiliated” her by finding “back-channel ways to criticize her body and weight.”
She felt “humiliated” after her personal trainer told her about Baldoni’s alleged comments asking her to “lose weight in two weeks”.
The complaint states: ‘Mr. Baldoni told the coach that he asked because he was concerned about having to take Ms. Lively in a scene for the movie, but there was no such scene.’
The newly announced applications also lift the curtain on Baldoni’s personal mindset, which has engulfed the controversy.
These include a lengthy text conversation between Baldoni and the public relations team he hired in 2024 to manage the crisis engulfing him and the film.
He mocked the film’s distributor, Sony, in messages he sent to Jennifer Abel, who was working at Baldoni’s public relations firm at the time.
Baldoni said: ‘Hi I’m Sony and I’m going to get closer to Ryan (Reynolds) and delete Justin…Sony has no backbone.’
Abel emphasized that the comments on social media were from “real people” and that there were “no bots” in online criticism of Lively.
In a text dated July 2024, Baldoni revealed a text sent to him by Isabela Ferrer, who plays the younger version of Lively’s character, Lily Bloom.
Ferrer told Baldoni it was “a very comfortable and safe space” on set.
Baldoni wrote: ‘He doesn’t even say my name anymore.’
In a deposition last week, Ferrer said she was shocked when Baldoni said a sex scene in which her character loses her virginity was “hot” because she must have been around 16 at the time.
In the texts, Baldoni mentioned receiving “a lot of fun bro texts” from Brandon Sklenar, who plays the younger version of Lily Bloom’s love interest, Atlas Corrigan.
Baldoni wrote that the two “brothered for a year and then nothing happened.”
Days later, Baldoni claimed Reynolds unblocked him and his wife Emily on social media, but only did so to ‘spy on’ them.
The Daily Mail has also previously revealed raw footage that refutes Lively’s claim that she ‘suggestively’ said Baldoni’s neck smelled ‘so good’ during a scene where they were dancing together.
The new documents included a raw video of the shooting that refuted what Baldoni’s lawyers said was Lively’s claim that he “suggestively” said her neck smelled “so good” during a scene where they were dancing together.
The footage was previously reported by the Daily Mail in an exclusive clip last July.
It shows Baldoni joking about rubbing his beard on Lively, who laughs at the remark.
Lively says: ‘I’m probably giving you a spray tan.’
Baldoni replies: ‘It smells nice’.
Lively doesn’t seem to take this comment well, telling Baldoni: ‘That’s not the problem, it’s my body make-up.’
According to Lively, Baldoni ‘nuzzled’ her neck without her consent during the filming of the scene in an impromptu moment that was not in the script.
