Picturesque Bogatha Welcomes Tourists Again

Warangal: Pitoresk Bogatha Waterfalls in the Wazedu latch of the Mulugu Zone once again host tourists thanks to the conditional access given by forest officials on Tuesday. The last heavy rainfall significantly increased the flow of the waterfall and created a striking landscape. For the last ten days, it has constantly caused the Rain Bogatha Waterfalls to rise to dangerous levels and asked the authorities to close the site for public security. However, when the water levels have been slightly stretched since Monday, the authorities decided to reopen the area, but visitors are not allowed to enter the water pool in the base of the falls. This restriction can suddenly increase water levels due to the unpredictable nature of water flows and heavy inputs from the upstream flow.

Authorities said in a statement, some other waterfalls in the region due to security concerns were permanently closed. These closes include Mutyam Dhara, Kongala, Maidiloddi and Krishnapuram Waterfalls. He warned that these advisory violations will result in a strict action, including the registration of the required forest and police cases against criminals.
