Lidl product recall: Supermarket issues urgent ‘do not eat’ warning amid allergy fear

A large UK Supermarket has released a product recall for someone with a “food” warning for someone if you have popular dishes.

Lidl GB, Red Hen 4 Tempura chicken steaks 380g to buy consumers, to check if it is part of the affected money.

The product is recalled because it was not thickened in the milk components section – with the supermarket warning, it can create a health risk for people who are intolerant of milk.

The Food Standards Agency (FSA) said that the product is “a possible health risk for anyone who is allergic to milk or milk or milk components”.

FSA, “LIDL, recalls the above product from customers and has been advised to communicate with relevant allergy support organizations to give information about recalling,” he said.

“The company also issued a point of sale to its customers. These notifications explain to customers why the product is recalled and tells them what to do if they buy the product.”

  • 16/12/2026
  • 22/12/2026
  • 30/12/2026
  • 16/01/2027
