Bridget Phillipson enters Labour deputy leader contest

Training Secretary Bridget Phillipson entered the competition as Labour’s leader and became the most senior figure that will put his name so far.
Bell Ribeiro-Ady, Clapham and Brixton Hill MP, so far, the only candidate to replace Angela Rayner as the leader.
Emily Thornberry, President of the Foreign Affairs Committee, said that she was thinking of entering the deputy and that former leader Rosena Allin-Khan excluded himself.
Candidates need to nominate at least 80 workers’ deputies to participate in the competition until Thursday evening.
In addition, they will need 5% of local parties or three labor force -affiliated groups, including two unions.
Those who clean the bar, the winner was announced on October 25th.
