Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis said on Thursday: “I have received information from the revenue department and also land records on the issue. I have also been instructed to investigate the matter. Prima facie, the problem looks serious; but I still do not have complete information. The Deputy Chief Minister will also not support it. We have collectively decided that stringent action will be taken in case of irregularities.”
According to government officials, 16.19 hectares of government land was sold to Amadea Enterprises LLP, in which Parth Pawar is a partner. While the market price of the land was reported to be ₹1600 – ₹1800 crore, it was sold for ₹300 crore. The sale deed document of the deal, dated May 20, issued by the Registration and Stamps Department, names Digvijay Amarsinh Patil, Mr. Parth’s partner and co-founder of Amadea Enterprises LLP, as the buyer party. A stamp duty fee of ₹500 was charged for the land deal.

According to the documents accessed HinduEven if the waiver had been given in the land deal, it should have fetched ₹6 Crore to the government. According to the restraining order obtained by Mr. Taru Hindu“Prima facie, serious irregularities and loss of income were observed. It is important to initiate disciplinary proceedings due to these preliminary irregularities.”
The Joint Registrar registered a police complaint regarding the same at Bawdhan Police Station in Pimpri Chinchwad. An FIR was registered when this report was printed.

DCM Ajit Pawar said, “I have no title directly related to the agreement. But I sought full information, came to know about this kind of thing two to three months ago. I clearly told them that I will not tolerate anything illegal and instructed no one to do it. I don’t know what happened next.”
’21 million rupees stamp duty has been abolished’
“The market value of the land would be at least ₹1600-₹1800 crore. This was not just an irregular deal. Laws were violated and serious irregularities were committed. The question is why stamp duty of ₹21 crore was waived as per prevailing rates in the land deal worth ₹300 crore,” said Pune-based RTI activist Vijay Kumbhar. Hindu.

Meanwhile, the opposition also demanded a judicial investigation into the matter.
However, NCP-SP MP Supriya Sule and Parth Pawar’s aunt backed him and said: “I trust him [Parth Pawar]. It’s all confusing…Who runs the government? Who is involved in the decision-making process? CM gave the order; Does this mean the transaction went through? If it is state land, how is it sold? Tehsildar has no idea about the transactions, so what exactly is happening?” he asked.
An FIR was registered at Bawdhan Police Station against three persons, Sheetal Tejwani, Digvijay Amarsingh Patil and Ravindra Taru, for colluding to cause loss of ₹ 6 Crore to the State exchequer by evading stamp duty.
