Premier David Crisafulli says that it would be a “gold opportunity for the state to host the summit of four leaders.

Last month, Crisafulli used an American Independence Day event to announce Queensland’s nomination, which would bring us President Donald Trump to Brisbane.

And yesterday, Prime Minister Anthony Arnavut threw his support behind Crisafulli’s field and said he would work with the Premier to “make sure it happened”.

“I want to lead this great Queensland state to the world, especially Brisbane 2032,” he said.
