A British man died after the car he was in collided with another vehicle driven by a Belfast-born OnlyFans model on the Costa Blanca.

The 54-year-old, whose name has not been released, was one of four British nationals, two men and two women, two in their fifties, who were traveling in the Nissan Qashqai involved in the fatal crash with Madison, 21, and her husband Johnny Smyth, 28.

Sitting behind the wheel of a BMW, Madison was read his rights at the scene of the crash but was not formally arrested.

He was later told he was being investigated on suspicion of manslaughter, but it was not immediately clear when he would be subpoenaed.

Neither he nor Smyth, from Belfast, were injured in the incident, which took place at around 19:00 last Friday on the A-70 motorway in the municipality of El Campello, near Alicante, Spain.

Local reports said the vehicle he was allegedly driving, a Nissan Qashqai, crashed into the central guard barrier after being rear-ended.

The dead man, who was reportedly not wearing a seatbelt, was thrown from the vehicle and pronounced dead at the scene after emergency responders confirmed they could do nothing to save him.

It is not known whether he was a holidaymaker or lived in the area.

This was the third time in four months that Madison found himself at the center of controversy.

The flamboyant model spent ten days behind bars in September after her first arrest of the year after cops pulled over her Audi A5 Convertible and found nearly a kilo of crystal meth and 30 grams of cannabis resin inside, paying 20,000 euros to get out of prison on parole.

He was held on September 8 and released from prison on September 19, but the investigation is ongoing.

His second arrest last month came after two loaded handguns were found in the car he was driving after police stopped him.

There were three other men in the vehicle with him, but only two of them (one a British citizen and the other an Irish citizen) were detained as the third escaped.

Madison and two other men arrested with him remain under investigation by a judge on suspicion of illegal weapons possession.

It comes as the model’s wife continues to insist she had nothing to do with father-of-one John George’s murder in December 2024.

His body was found in an orchard in Rojales, near Torrevieja on the Costa Blanca, in January last year, following anguished appeals from his family following his disappearance last month.

Two people, including Smyth, were arrested and are currently out on bail.

Smyth, who was held on an international arrest warrant at an Airbnb in northern Portugal after fleeing his foreign home last March and being extradited to Spain the following month, was told he could leave his holding cell last month after paying 100,000 euro bail.

Last April, Spanish Civil Guard officers confirmed that John George was shot dead on December 14, 2024, and announced that they had completed their investigation into his murder.
