Arrest made over waste mountain in Oxfordshire

An arrest was made after a large pile of rubbish was found dumped in a field.

Thames Valley Police said a 39-year-old man from the Guildford area was arrested in connection with a pile of waste in a field near Kidlington in Oxfordshire.
