Butt out Netanyahu. Ugly political point-scoring follows Bondi Beach tragedy

Violence begets violence. The Israeli Prime Minister should stay away from Australian politics. Tragedy at Bondi Beach writes Michael Westshould not be exploited for political purposes.
While the blood of the victims of the horrific massacre on Bondi Beach was still flowing, Benjamin Netanyahu, the wanted war criminal and architect of genocide in Palestine, was clearly visible. He blamed Australian Prime Minister Anthony Albanese.
“I sent a letter to Australian Prime Minister Albanese in which I warned him that the Australian government’s policy encourages and promotes antisemitism in Australia. I wrote that your call for a Palestinian state pours fuel on the antisemitic fire and rewards Hamas terrorists.”
The man responsible for the deaths of 20,000 children has moved on.
“Your government has done nothing to stop the spread of antisemitism in Australia. You have done nothing to stop the cancer cells growing in your country. You have taken no action. You have allowed the disease to spread. And the result is the horrific attacks on Jews we see today.”
At least 15 people were killed, including a 10-year-old girl. We don’t have all the facts yet, but we can assume that this is terrorism, that the Jewish community was targeted, and that this is related to genocide.
Unfortunately, the usual ideologues and political opportunists took advantage of the emergence of terrible news last night to score points and blame Muslims, Arabs and even peace protesters.
Jillian Segal condemns Bridge peace protesters
Jillian Segal, Israel lobbyist and Albanese’s Special Envoy to Combat Anti-Semitism, was quick to act. make a statement:
“This did not come without warning. In Australia, it started at the Sydney Opera House on October 9, 2023. We later watched a march on the Sydney Harbor Bridge waving terrorist flags and glorifying extremist leaders.”
This was a peaceful protest by hundreds of thousands of Australians against the oppression of hundreds of thousands of other people: the people of Gaza. With the contribution of weapons and weapon parts from Australia and its ally the USA.
Violence begets violence, hate begets more hate.
Against the background of turmoil in the Middle East, Australians killed Australians and Australians came to the rescue. This is what happens. Peace protesters cannot be blamed.
Demonizing Muslims and Arabs will only cause more suffering. It is racial superiority, bigotry and hatred.
No one has done more to incite hatred than the Israeli Prime Minister. This is the man whose fake intelligence and lobbying activities led to the US invasion of Iraq and the deaths of over a million people. He has been destabilizing the Middle East and the world for decades and is wanted by the ICJ for committing plausible genocide against Palestinians.
Last year it bombed Palestine, Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Iran, Qatar and Yemen.
But the usual suspects on social media were busy inciting unrest at Bondi Beach last night as the bodies of the dead were still warm and their loved ones were in terrible shock.
gun laws
Segal, an unapologetic defender of the Israeli government, is right when he says, “This moment calls for action,” even if that is part of the problem, not the solution.
“Australia responded decisively after Port Arthur in 1996. It requires the same action now. Words are no longer enough.” To accept. How did these guys get so many firearms? Tighten gun laws.
Segal: “An attack on a peaceful Jewish celebration is an attack on our national character and our way of life. Australia must defend both.” True, all acts of violence must be condemned, including those espoused by Israeli propagandists.
Netanyahu’s attack on Albanians is not only a blatant lie, but also designed for political mischief and separatism. “You did nothing… you took no action” is just another lie. He changed the country’s laws in the wake of fake ‘terrorist plots’ whose masterminds were never found or prosecuted.
He condemned every alleged act of ‘anti-Semitic terrorism’, including those that turned out to be false flags. It continued to supply weapons parts to Israel despite possible violations of international law.
Iran…again?
He expelled the Iranian Ambassador under pressure from the Israeli lobby and has yet to provide any evidence that Iran was behind the alleged terrorist attack in Bondi that led to the expulsion.
And now Iran again in the picture.
“Israeli authorities are investigating whether state actors, particularly Iran, were involved in the mass shooting against the Jewish community in Sydney. Bondi Beach Sunday,” according to the Jerusalem Post, which even pointed the finger at Hamas.
“A senior US official told Fox News that the US would fully recognize Israel’s right to attack Iran if the Islamic Republic ordered the attack. Officials were also investigating links to Pakistan-based Lashkar-e-Taiba, which is affiliated with Hezbollah, Hamas and Al Qaeda.”
The squirrels in charge on social media are also crying for Iran.
This is a bleak time for Australia. In the coming days, the tragedy that occurred at Bondi Beach on Sunday will continue to be exploited for political interests. Calls for attacks on peaceful protests, freedom of expression and freedom of assembly are already growing.
Jillian Segal’s recommendation to introduce the IHRA definition of antisemitism, which bans criticism of the state of Israel, will only fuel the crisis.
Meanwhile, Benjamin Netanyahu Joining Australia’s support For the Palestinian state, the atrocities at Bondi Beach make the situation worse.
Forget Netanyahu.
