Cabinet reshuffle live: Angela Rayner resigns and David Lammy appointed deputy prime minister with more changes to Starmer’s top team expected

Sir Keir Starmer is expected to make more changes in his best team after Angela Rayner’s resignation as part of a large cabinet change.

His secretary Darren Jones rejected the worker that he was in the crisis and rejected Nigel Farage that he would be a general election in 2027.

Who is David Lammy?

David Lammy, 53, is one of Tottenham’s workers’ deputy and the party’s longest -time parliamentarians since 2000.
