Top Maoist Leader Narahari Surrenders Before Telangana Police

Hyderabad: Another setback to HFE (Maoist), Central committee member Narahari surrendered before the Telangana police here on Tuesday.

Reliable sources said Narahari surrendered due to health problems. However, only two central committee members, Vartha Sekhar and Muppala Lakshmana Rao, popularly known as Ganapathy, one of the founding leaders of the Indian Maoist movement, are still in the Maoist party.

Both were reported missing for the last few decades. Both of these leaders had health problems.
