California high school student suspended after MAGA hat stolen at school

A Orange County, California, High School Student, “Make America again wonderful” hat was suspended after the hat was stolen and another student said he had produced a political argument.
Zach Hornstein, a student of Laguna Beach High School, told Fox News Digital to wear maga hats to honor the Turning Point Usa Founding Partner Charlie Kirk, who was shot and killed in an event on the Utah College campus on September 11th.
“His death really impressed us, Hor Hornstein said. “I may not agree with everything he said, but I appreciate that he encourages students to think critically, to think about both sides and to participate in honest discussions. I grew up to love my mother and love America. I wanted to feel patriotic on September 11 and show my support to our country as a whole.”

“Legally we need to keep the disciplinary issues secret to protect the privacy and prosperity of all students. Protecting the free expression is the basis for our democracy, and schools play a critical role to help them walk around their different perspectives.
