California man-turned-vigilante kills child sex offender, charged with murder, police allege

Authorities, California, a man registered in San Francisco Gulf Region, a targeted, awake -style murder of the accusation of murder charges, he said.

On September 18, the Fremont Police Department responded to a call between the two men and found a 71 -year -old man’s bleeding from unresponsive and important knife wounds. Another man, 29 -year -old Varun Suresh was standing out of residence in the 600 blocks of Upper Vintnes Circle. Authorities said Suresh was arrested and a knife was rescued from the scene.

According to the authorities, Surresh said that he was investigating the registered sex criminals in particular and deliberately targeted David Brimmer because of his age and criminal record.

Authorities, Brimmer in 1995 with a child was sentenced to immoral and sensual actions, he said. The home address near the attack area was listed in California’s sex criminal records, previously required by the Megan Law. The entrance has been removed since then.

Police said the two men fought violently, and at some point Surresh chased Brimmer in an indifferent house and continued to attack him. Although civil servants tried to provide life -saving care, Brimmer died of injuries at the scene.

According to the court documents obtained by the TV station KTVU newsSurresh told the police that he used Megan’s law website to find Brimmer’s address and then decided to pos as a EBM going to the door from a EBM door looking for new customers “to attract him.

The Megan Law requires all law enforcement officers in California to get information about registered sex criminals.

Surresh told the police that killing was “really fun” and “he’s not upset at all.” According to the documents, the detectives found a screenshot of Brimmer’s address from the Megan law website, which was taken only 45 minutes before Megan’s call to Surresh’s phone.

Allegedly, the police, according to the documents obtained by KTVU, said he was waiting to kill a sex criminal because of the pain they cause to children.

Surresh was accused of murder and first -degree housing theft this week for the planning and complexity of the crime, severe behavior, a deadly weapon and special allegations that caused great physical injury.

According to the Alameda district Şerif Office, it is currently kept in bail in Santa Rita prison and is planned to go to court for a defense hearing on October 14th.
