California police make gruesome feline discovery in U-Haul van; owner faces animal cruelty charges
A woman faced 93 animals persecution after discovering more than 130 weakened cats, 28 of which died of California police.

According to an Instagram mission from Merced County Sheriff Office, at least 20 troubled cats could see from the vehicle’s window.

Later, animal control officers were called and discovered 106 weakened cats and 28 dead cats in the U-Haul minibus. Merced County Sheriff Office, the vehicle is not food or water, he said.

Cats ranging from a week to 8 years of age were then taken to Merced County animal shelter.
The owner of the animals was described as 69 -year -old Jeannie Maxon, who was arrested in 93 animal persecution. According to Merced County Sheriff Office, the investigation continues to be active.
In a social media mission, the Merced County Sheriff Office reminded the people to leave animals in vehicles in hot summer months.

“On a hot day, the temperatures in a car, the windows open, even if the windows are open, may rise to extreme levels in a few minutes,” Merced County Sharif office. “This can lead to heat impact, dehydration and even death of the animal left in it. Please make sure that when traveling with your pet, plenty of shadows, a lot of water and food provides a cool place to offer food.”
Recovered animals can be adopted after medically cleaned.
In a similar situation, a New York woman was arrested and accused of animal persecution and other crimes after the foundation of 10 dead animals and other neglected pets in her house.
The Merced County Sheriff Office did not immediately respond to Fox News Digital’s request for comment.
