Rayner claims Reform will ‘fail women’ as she weighs in on online safety row

Angela Rayner, Nigel Farage and Reform, the risk of the Britain’s “failure of young women”, if they scrape online security laws aiming to prevent revenge porn.

The Deputy Prime Minister asked Mr. Farage to explain how he would keep young women safe when his party used the Internet after promising to abolish the Reform online Security Law.

His warning is the latest intervention between the top -level labor figures and Mr. Farage’s party.

Pursuant to new rules introduced through legislation at the end of July, online platforms such as social media sites and search engines should take steps to prevent children from accessing harmful content such as pornography or material that promotes suicide.

The reform promised to abolish the law and replace it in a different way to protect children online, but the party did not say how to do it.

Among their criticisms of the law, Mr. Farage and his colleagues expressed concerns of freedom of speech and claimed that the action was an example of excessive access by the government.

This reacted from Technology Secretary Peter Kyle, who claimed that people like Jimmy Savile were still alive to exploit children, and insisted on actions such as Mr. Farage.

The reform leader asked an apology, but the ministers became Trenchant in their defense of action.

Now, the Deputy Prime Minister questioned how the intimate image abuse, also known as “revenge porn” without the protection of the Online Security Law, questioned how to prevent the “destructive crime”.

Rayner claimed: “Nigel Farage is at risk of failure to fail with dangerous and irresponsible plans to scrape online security laws.

“It is a terrible task to leave a suitable alternative plan to scrape the protection and to stop the flood doors.

In accordance with the Online Security Law, Revenge Porn was classified among the “most violent online crimes”.

The Labor Party, referring to the figures from the aid shelter, claimed that one million young women were exposed to revenge porn: Either sincere images are shared or the threat of it.

The worker said that a total of approximately 3.4 million adults were affected by both male and women.

The ministers had previously had to defend the online security law against charges that Elon Musk threatened to speak free from the social media site.

At the beginning of August, in an article titled n What’s happening when the surveillance is overwhelmed ,, the platform, known as Twitter, summarized the criticism of the law and the “heavy hand” of the UK.

The government said that the online Security Law is “clearly wrong ve and was not designed to censor the political debate.

In the meantime, Mr. Farage claimed that there was a “technical answer de to protect children online, but he did not summarize neither himself nor the government’s outlines.

He also argued that children could avoid new online age verification rules using VPNs (virtual private networks), which mask their identities and positions to survive the rules.

When the reform approached the UK for a comment, Westminster Assembly Member Laila Cunningham said: “Women are more insecure than ever before, thanks to the Labor Party.

Orum I call on Jess Phillips to discuss about women’s security – the gangs of grooming ignored the scandal, and now he deliberately deceives voters.

“Reform will always give priority to prosecution, but will never allow women’s safety to be missed to justify censorship.

“You do not protect women by silencing conversation. You protect them by securing the borders, implementing the law and locking real criminals, and this is exactly what a reform government will do.”
