Canberra YWCA celebrates progress in gender equality | The Canberra Times

The YWCA achieved a 7.9 percent average wage increase in favor of women last fiscal year; This rate was 13.1 percent compared to the previous year. Gender pay gap data from the Workplace Gender Equality Agency (WGEA) shows the average pay gap is even lower at 4.9 per cent, well within the national target of 5 per cent.
