Harbor View Restaurant of the Contemporary Museum of Art introduced the new chef of the season: James Scott of Eski Sepya and Lumi.
Scott’s first menu blur the line between food and art from the steak tartar served with Sydney Opera House.
The tonal dining room, which is the whole oatmeal and taupe, frames one of the most iconic views of the city and seizes the Sydney Opera House, Sydney Harbor Bridge and Circular Quay with an excellent sweeping.
Like the exhibitions on the lower floor, he relys on the seasonal rotation of the canvas guesthous chefs and takes over the scott opening chef from Josh Raine.
