Car crashes through wall into N.J. pub, cops say

Edgewater Park police say a car crashed through an exterior wall and flew into a bar in Burlington County on Saturday afternoon.
The car ended up inside the 45th Street Pub on Route 130 in Edgewater Park around 3:15 p.m. Saturday.
“Earlier today, a driver accidentally entered our building,” he said. pub said in an update It’s about the incident that happened on Saturday.
A driver parked in the bar’s parking lot around 3 p.m. today and accidentally hit the gas instead of the brake while parking, an employee of the restaurant told NJ Advance Media via direct message on Saturday.
The person in question said that there were approximately 10 people in the bar at the time of the incident.
According to the police, there were no injuries and the bar was evacuated.
The restaurant is assessing the damage and working on repairs, according to an update posted on Facebook.
Bar Announced on Facebook It will be closed until further notice. There was no immediate response to a voicemail left at the restaurant.
“As soon as we are allowed to do so, we will repair the damage and open our doors once again,” the restaurant wrote. “It was a very unfortunate situation.”
