Blues is expected to return to the youth and will make at least three changes on the shattered side of the port last week.
Defender Jordan Boyd, Backmen Backmen Jack Silvagni and Adam Saad, with the captain of Blues was not running on Thursday.
Defender Lachie Cowan, 20 and young people Harry O’Farrell and Matt Carroll are being prepared for recalls, while the second season advanced Ashton Moir is forced for a senior game.
Their closure would refresh 23, the oldest team of Blues since 1944.
“We continue the business world for us now and the performance and form is about how we begin to translate the form in the field,” Voss said.
“And there are exciting things to wait for it. We have some young people to play. Some big games in the last seven, eight weeks of the season. We want to energize it.
“It is really important for us to connect to our supporters. It is very important for us.
“We know that there is a football style that we can be proud of and can be proud and connect to each other and we all want to play together.”
Voss said that Blues is still a lot to play on the last eight rounds of the season.

A change of rule announced by AFL this week, any player who comes into contact with a referee with four or more in a two -year period, is a two -year period sent to the court and a possible prohibition.

“If it leads to a suspension, be careful from our perspective,” he said.
“I know we’re Gold Coast Suns. And don’t get me wrong, Matt Rowell is a superstar. But if this was spoken with Nick Daicos, Collingwood would tear.
“Let’s sit there and understand what we are talking about here. We can make changes about the referee trial, but we call on court for a while. Why can we change one by slapping a pen and change the other?”
AFL, this season, the referees who set carelessly in contact with the 63 players changed the rules after the incident. They all resulted in a financial sanction.

Hardwick said most events were in the center splashes. “What can you tell me about the ball of the ball?” he said.
“He goes everywhere, so it’s really hard for the players … They’re gonna move if the ball jumps to the sides.

“Afl spoke to the AFL Commission and asked: ‘Can we take the center jump and throw a significant change in the data?’
“Some of those against Rowelly are fined, quite ridiculous to be honest.
“We understand that the health and safety of the referees are important. But I think we can look at the conversation with the commission about jumping and throwing.”
AFL, in the entire last season, in 2023 after only 20 cases after a referee with careless contact with 56 players, he said.
