Former JD (U) Leader KC Tyagi Joins RLD

New Delhi: Former JD (U) leader K C Tyagi on Sunday joined Rashtriya Lok Dal (RLD) president and Union minister Jayant Choudhary at an event here. Tyagi had announced on Tuesday that he was quitting JD (U) without giving any reason.

Tyagi has been associated with the JD(U) ever since it came into existence in October 2003 with the merger of the Samata Party and the Janata Dal. He served in various positions such as general secretary, chief spokesperson and political advisor to JD(U).
