Cataract detection camp held – The Hindu

Recently, a cataract detection eye camp was organized by the Rotary Trivandrum Rotary Club in Vizhinjam. The camp made by Sree Netra Private Eye Hospital aimed to define individuals for the next cataract surgery screening. 49 out of 153 people scanned were detected for the second stage of the evaluation in the camp. Rotary offers 100 free cataract surgery for older women in the poverty line (BPL) category below.
