‘Catfish’ host Nēv Schulman on No. 1 skill he learned from the show
Nēv Schulman Since 2012, the MTV series has been hosting the “Catfish: TV show”, and 40 -year -old star has learned a few things he used in his new career as a licensed real estate agent in New York.
Schulman tells CNBC that the number 1 that he learns without hosting the show tells people that he really listens to people while talking.
“Some of this is also to ask the right questions and to help people discover what they are trying to say in some cases. When it comes to buying a house, it is very similar to being in love or a partner election.”
“There are too many boxes to control and sometimes you need to compromise, but what really is and what your basic values are, and what the basic features of a partner or house are, and to help someone to discuss it and discover it for themselves is a very meaningful bonus by doing this for the last 15 years.”
Schulman started to work as a licensed real estate agent in August of this year.

Schulman taught how to find the temporary solutions it now use to make things like making an appointment for its customers.
“No, I’m accustomed to saying and hitting dead ends, especially when it comes to looking for something,” he adds. “I don’t think I do not break your courage and I don’t get no for an answer, it’s a really good skill I’ve built for years while doing the show.”
It was something that made you feel very natural for Schulman. He was born in New York and grew up working as a broker in Coldwell Banker Warburg. His grandfather Lowell Schulman also worked in the industry, but he worked as a builder and developer before he died in 2017.
“I grew up in the city and lived in many different neighborhoods.
Schulman, his father was approaching him in Coldwell Banker Warburg, and he began to think that he would really come to the “catfish” star and what else he could do with his career.
