Prosecutor Susan Hedge said images and other evidence show that Selby’s behavior cannot be justified and that there is an opportunity to stop.

“Simply a [reasonably prudent] Driver, ”he said to the court.

Four police officers and a medical officer at the scene, while testifying before the judge, interviews with Selby in the aftermath of the accident were taken to court.

Hedge announced that the bus has been put into service by Brisbane City Council since then.

The case will return to court on October 30th.
