Centre committed to work with states in building GCCs: Sitharaman

Yeni Delhi: The central government is determined to establish a partnership with states to establish captive units known as Global Talent Centers (GCCs) in India and to compete with subway.
Speaking at the GCC Business Summit in the Indian Industry Industry Confederation (CII) andhra Pradesh, Sithaman said that it is important to make India’s advantage for these units that contribute to touching India’s talented labor force at the level of national and state level policies.
The Minister said that policies should be adapted to increase the unique comparative advantage of each state.
GCCs are prisoner open maritime units established by multilateral companies in countries such as India to address key business functions, including technology development for global operations.
On the potential of India in this sector, Sithaman said that GCCs received an Indian flavor and that the growth of the sector was consistent with expectations.
The Minister also emphasized the need to build infrastructure ecosystems that allow smaller cities to attract global capabilities and corporate re -investments and facilitate high -valuable innovation and service delivery. He said these steps will help to make reliable alternatives to metropolitan cities.
Sithaman announced that the central government has constantly increases capital expenditures to build infrastructure and reduce bottlenecks.
