Chair of miscarriage of justice body quits

Britain, Wales and Northern Ireland, the chairman of the body responsible for researching the potential of justice in Northern Ireland resigned after months of criticism.

Karen Kneller stopped as the General Manager of the Criminal Cases Investigation Commission (CCRC).

CCRC, despite the serious concerns that the evidence against him is flawed, was sentenced to resign when he acknowledged that he “failed” Andrew Malkinson, who was sentenced to 17 years in prison for a crime he did not commit.

In May, the Justice Election Committee said the organization showed that the organization showed “inability to learn from its own mistakes” at the time of Mrs. Kneller.

The case was not referred to the appeal court until January 2023, 20 years after the incorrect accusation. It was completely blended in July of that year.
