Cherry flapjack recipe with oats and coconut

I like to make a batch of these chewy, seeded flapjacks at the beginning of the week for afternoon snacks and lunch boxes. The combination of coconut and cherries is quite nice, but sometimes I also use other dried fruits like currants, raisins or raisins. Flapjacks keep well for four to five days in an airtight container, but there are so many of them that they rarely last that long.
