Police Nicola Nicola Russell made a statement on Wednesday.

He said: “On Saturday, August 23, 2025, we are aware that the young people in St Ann Lane in Dundee were shared on social media about an incident in which a couple approached.

“A 12 -year -old girl is accused of having aggressive weapons.

“We would like to thank the local community for their assistance for our investigation, and we urge the people not to share the wrong information about this incident or to speculate about conditions.”
