President Donald Trump embarked on a frenetic one-hour Truth Social posting marathon, prompting concern and confusion about his own state of mind.

On Monday evening, the president shared and reposted at least 45 separate posts in just 60 minutes; The majority consisted of endorsements for MAGA Republicans running in elections across the country.

President Trump also reshared positive messages about his approval history and Washington DC renovation plans.

During the Wild Truth Social session, the president also launched attacks on his political rivals, including New York County District Attorney Alvin Bragg, who filed multiple criminal charges against Trump in New York City.

“Alvin Bragg created a new crime just for that”Donald Trump.” He took misdemeanors that didn’t exist and turned them into crimes that never existed.

“They have an ‘accusation’ of Donald Trump that no one in Manhattan History has ever been charged with, and they haven’t charged Hillary Clinton’s lawyer, Mark Pomerantz, who was the Attorney General and the Judge’s Daughter was the Chief Fundraiser for Kamala Harris and Sleepy Joe Biden. Dirty Cops and Crooked Politicians!”

Trump also shared before and after photos of the Andrew Jackson statue outside the White House, along with images of the Washington Monument and an equestrian statue in Washington, D.C.

Trump also shouted “51st State!” A link to a Bloomberg article about Canada’s tech recession, an EPA plan to repeal emissions standards and save families more than $2,400 on a new vehicle, an article questioning whether he chose the right shade of blue for his Reflecting Pool, and summaries of the “positive press” he received in the previous week.

He also claimed in one post that he had bested Bill Cassidy, Thomas Massie, Brad Raffensperger and Stephen Colbert and boasted a 38-0 mark, with three more late-night hosts to come.

Most alarmingly, he repeated a rambling post in which he fantasized about Iranian surrender; it’s the third time he’s done this in just a few weeks.

The message shows that Iran has surrendered and accepted defeat, while launching new attacks on Democrats by targeting media coverage of the ongoing conflict.

Trump angrily said: “If Iran surrenders, admits its Navy is gone and rests at the bottom of the sea, and its Air Force is no longer with us, and all its Armies withdraw from Tehran, if the weapons are laid down and hands up, each representative wildly waving the White Flag and shouting ‘I surrender, I surrender’, and if all of their remaining Leadership signs all necessary ‘Instruments of Surrender’ and admits their defeat against the great power and might of the great United States of America.” Monday evening.

“The Failed New York Times, The China Street Journal (WSJ!), Corrupt and now Irrelevant CNN and all the other members of the Fake News Media will headline that Iran has won a Masterful and Brilliant Victory over the United States of America, which was not even close. Dumakrats and the Media have completely lost their way. Absolutely CRAZY!!! President DJT”

Trump first shared this tirade on May 18 at 10:40 a.m., then reposted it on May 26 at 3:32 p.m. These repetitions have led to increased concerns about the US president’s cognitive health, according to the Express.

Sharing the same message for the third time did not go unnoticed, causing widespread mockery of X, with users quipped “third time’s the charm”.

“Isn’t there a clinical definition of the behavior of a person who does the same things over and over again and expects different results?” one user asked.

“This is really disturbing,” another person added.
