Clarifications and Corrections | Daily Mail Online

A November 3 article about the trial of a former British soldier said he was accused of shooting an armed terrorist named Eugene Devlin, who died during an IRA ambush in 1972. In fact, the Eugene Devlin named in the lawsuit against Troop B is a different individual who is alive and denies involvement in any terrorist activity or possession of a weapon. We apologize for the error and any confusion we caused.
