Ten accused of fabricating Bruce Lehrmann ‘whodunnit’
The lawyer, journalist Lisa Wilkinson and Network were trying to produce and increase ratings by defining Bruce Lehrmann as an rapist he claimed.

The judicial judge’s Federal Court Justice Michael Lee determined that Lehrmann was defined as the perpetrators of the attack by some viewers, but argues that Wilkinson numbers were small.
Ms. Burrows aimed at Wilkinson’s publication of Ten’s legal consultant while preparing the publication and aimed at a subsequent Logies speech.
The journalist was greatly criticized for making a speech about the allegations of Mrs. Higgins, who decided to delay the criminal case of Lehrmann in 2022.
The hearing was later abandoned without any findings against Lehrmann.
The speech was approved by the superiors and the green light was taken into consideration by ten lawyers.

“(Defense) Increases the proposal, if a lawyer tells you that you can shed light on a red, would you do that?” he asked.
“Although he is a bad advice on Mrs. Wilkinson, a sophisticated and experienced journalist, it seems unfair to claim that even though it is a bad advice, it will follow the advice of lawyers.”
Justice Lee found the journalist, and Ten acted unreasonable to publish the claim because they were partly involved in the allegations of parliament.
Ms. Higgins claimed that she had raped their superiors at the Parliament House, including Senator Linda Reynolds, but very little action was taken.
However, Ms. Chrysanthou argued that the alleged cover should be considered separately from Mrs. Higgins’s sexual assault account, because it was not connected to Lehrmann.
“His honor was disturbed by the so -called cover when he had to focus on rape,” he said.
Chrysananthou told the appeal court and the publication did not claim that he was a “an obstacle to a police investigation”.
Wilkinson and Ten call the court to protect the findings of Lee Lee’s findings that Lee Lee raped Ms. Higgins.
Among the reasons for the four appeals, Lehrmann challenges the definition of rape employed by Justice Lee and claims that an ordinary person is inconsistent with the sense that he understands.
