Closed Myrtle Beach restaurant caught selling alcohol without permit, SLED says
According to the Southern Carolina law enforcement officers, a Myrtle Beach Italian restaurant was caught by selling unauthorized alcohol.
7710 N. Kings Motorway Cafe Vincenzo’s 43 -year -old young Cake’s 43 -year -old Cake is accused of not securing the appropriate beer or wine sale permission and still selling alcoholic drinks.
According to the arrest warrants on July 7, 2025, the South Carolina Revenue Department is allegedly selling beer and liquor from SLED without having an alcohol license. On the same day, sledged agents found alcoholic liquors stored on the second floor of the restaurant to be sold to customers without permission.
The restaurant was first opened in 2022. According to the owner Vincenzo Panzarino, it was closed at the end of July with plans to reopen on September 5th. Sun News has been reported earlier.
The cake is accused of an necessary beer or wine sales permit, illegal sale of alcoholic liquors and illegal storage or not to have alcoholic liquor in a workplace. He was accused on August 19 and was reserved at J. Reuben Uzun Dudes Center.

The case will be prosecuted by the offices of the 15th circuit lawyer.
