CM calls for creating workforce matching new challenges

Prime Minister Pinarayi Vijayan said that on Saturday, August 30, 2025, Kerala should create a labor environment that matches the demands of changing times.

Kerala Development and Innovation Strategic Council (K-DISC) organized by the Kerala Global Summit in the Valenictory session. A statement published here, the government aims to make Kerala a center for information -oriented industries, he said.

Finance Minister KN Balagopal chaired the function. Former Finance Minister and Information Kerala Mission Advisor TM Thomas Isaac, the government’s housewives, students and unemployed professionals plans to expand skill education, he said.

Released, Indian Industries Confederation, Air Cargo Forum, India, K-DISC, Bit Academy and Indian Trade and Industry Federation, including industrial associations and organizations that have agreed to create business opportunities for young candidates in various sectors.

K-Disc, employer needs according to the requirements of the candidates who completed skill training will be taken from the campuses throughout the state announced.
