CM Chandrababu to Inaugurate AI 4 Andhra Police Hackathon on Friday

Vijayawada: DGP Harish Gupta announced on Thursday that the state police department will host the three -day AI 4 andhra Police Hackathon at RVR & JC Engineering College in Gundur as of June 27th.

“Hackathon will be opened by Prime Minister N Chandrababu Naidu on Friday at 15:00. This attempt follows the Prime Minister’s vision of using technology for governance and law enforcement reform,” he said.

The event is organized in cooperation with the information partner 4 views. It aims to strengthen the innovation by forcing the participants to deal with the expressions of eight real world policies curated by senior IPS officers.

Participants will focus on developing AI -guided solutions in order to increase law enforcement officers, public safety and administrative transparency. DGP is expected to attract more than 60 teams from all over India and from abroad, including IT companies, initiatives and leading academic institutions.

Harish Gupta said there would be no entrance fees for the participants. For the best performance teams, accommodation would be provided for three days except for a total of 10 Lakh Cash Awards. All participants will receive a certificate from the EP police.

Some of these solutions can be subjected to pilot tests in certain regions for potential state -wide application.
