The money will also go towards funding crisis pregnancy centers and a “first-of-its-kind mental health czar specifically for men,” he told podcaster Joel Webbon this week. “They are to blame for all the ills of society. I will not stand for this slanderous lie.”

“As governor of Florida, I don’t want young women who would otherwise be mothers to start families, to raise children, I don’t want them to sell their bodies to sick men on the Internet. And I don’t want to be told and lusted after by young, impressionable men who have strayed from Jesus, strayed from our lord and savior,” she told Webbon.

Fishback told FOX 35 he would also be open to a possible tax on OnlyFans customers.

OnlyFans content creator Sophie Rain told People magazine that she thought the offer was “the stupidest thing” she’d ever heard.

“Nobody forced me to start an OnlyFans, it was MY decision, so I don’t need a 31-year-old man telling me I can’t sell my body online,” she told the magazine. “I’m a Christian, God knows what I’m doing and I know he’s happy with me, that’s all the validation I need.”

Another OnlyFans creator, Piper Fawn, told FOX 35 that she felt Fishback was trying to push her religious beliefs with the offer.

“He says this is sin, this is wrong, this is right, this is fair,” he told the station. “But sin is a biblical term, not a legal term. If he’s really trying to make the state a safer place or making changes for the better, I feel like there are other things that can be worked on and worked on instead of focusing our attention on the tax-paying creators.”

Fox News Digital has reached out to OnlyFans for comment.

“If you’re a man or woman selling your body online, you have two options: One, we can increase teacher pay by paying 50 percent to the state of Florida, or we can stop doing it and do something morally drastic,” Fishback added to FOX 35.
