A main component of the plan will see that 169 fields receive £ 2 million a year for ten years and will provide a total of £ 3.5 billion to ensure long -term planning.
This amount is in addition to the existing £ 1.5 billion commitment allocated to 75 fields.

Housing, communities and local government Foreign Minister Steve Reed said: “Pride starts with people, not politics, not with politics.
“They know what they want to see in local people’s neighborhoods – and they don’t need the government to dictate it.
“This plan will restore a historical base movement that will restore the power of the local people, increase the national pride and help people continue to life throughout England as a part of our change plan.”
The government said that the communities in Eston, Elgin, Ramsgate and Tahbay have already met to discuss ideas to renew their fields.
The announcement was welcomed by the Northern Health Sciences Alliance (NHSA) and the health equality North.
