Second man arrested in San Antonio mass shooting that killed 4-year-old

A second man, bullets and a young girl stems from a San Antonio mass shot that leaves a dead house.

According to the Bexar County Sheriff Office, 20 -year -old Bryan Salazar is now in custody and capital murder, the injury of a child, mass shooting and drugs and weapons crimes.
