Zepto ties up with Labour Ministry, aims to add 10,000 job postings to NCS portal — details here

Basic emphasis of the pact

According to this agreement, Zepto will add 10,000 jobs to the NCS portal. These positions, according to release, will form a predictable and structured pipeline for young people, women and those who first job seekers.

The cooperation between the Ministry and Zepto is expected to open a new window of opportunity for young people and at the same time allow Zepto to connect with a suitable human resources pool.

“We aim to provide thousands of concerts and full -time opportunities that help to strengthen India’s youth and contribute to the economic growth of India by establishing a connection with NCS,” developing Zepto co -founder Kaivalya Vohra. He said.

Ministry’s desire to strengthen employment in India

This new partnership is part of the government’s attempt to strengthen employment opportunities for youth.

Last year, the NCS portal Amazon, Swiggy, Rapido and Quikr Jobs, such as large organizations such as signing similar mouss expanded access. These collaborations have already added about five empty positions on the portal.

According to Mandaviya, the NCS platform has become a unique bridge between employers and job seekers, more than 52 Lakh registered employers and about 7.5 Crore empty positions have been released since the launch.
