Council shut down my disability podcast… all because a photo of me taking my prescription cannabis was circulated by a spiteful social media user

A disabled woman claimed that the council had prevented a podcast that she recorded live after a ‘vindictive’ social media user after sending a video that she smoked her medical marijuana.
37 -year -old Sarah Wingfield wanted to draw attention to employment problems for disabled job seekers in the section founded by Durhamenable, an organ financed by the council focused on such challenges.
Podcast has also aimed to open business opportunities for itself, including the Indie acting world, which has already emerged in various roles.
The independent disability advocate with autism even joined a photo shoot to introduce the department.
However, the exciting probability soon turned into a nightmare ordeal, the Durham District Council chose to stop the loading of Podcast after a screenshot showing a screenshot of cigarette cannabis from Facebook.
Wingfield, who said that the police were aware of the prescription for drugs, was held with a Durhabeable officer who claimed to have done his case, but did not work.
The painful experience left full of doubts about the feeling of ‘canceled’ and the use of the employment organ in the future.
He told Mailonline: ‘I’m reluctant to use Durhamenable to support it now, and I’m worried about thinking I’ve been looking for a job for three years.
In the picture, Sarah Wingfield claimed that the council had prevented a podcast, which a ‘vindictive’ social media user had sent his medical marijuana in a video where he smokes.
‘[The podcast] He could have opened doors and opportunities for me. A big jump to cancel.
‘I am the only silenced voice.’
Mrs. Wingfield typically smokes her cannabis in a ferry, but when the device is broken, she smokes with paper while waiting for a spare piece.
A screenshot sent to the Council between the history of the podcast of the podcast showed that although he refused to verify what happened in the articles, he showed that he took the prescribed item in this way.
The disability advocate was later invited to a meeting with a stopable representative, as well as a business coach, where they discussed the decision not to upload the department.
Wingfield said that despite the lack of direct employees, the movement is based on a violation of the social media policy of the council.
In fact, he pointed out that he could not get payment for Podcast views, but rather he should arrange transportation from his own pocket.
“They said it is not important whether I was smoking tobacco,” he added.

The painful experience left full of doubts about the feeling of ‘canceled’ and the use of the employment organ in the future.
‘[Cannabis] It is really good for chronic pain. He helped me in my work and everything.
‘I understand that this can be abused. I also understand the stamp that surrounds it. ‘
After the meeting, Durham Local asked for a copy of the Council’s social media policy, but claims that the rules applying to employees have received uncertain screenshots.
With the video, he proved that he has made more attempts to determine which arrangements or guidance he has broken, and now Mrs. Wingfield threatens the issue to upgrade the issue to social care ombudsman and local deputy.
He said: ‘I told the Council to restore Podcast to help the disabled community.
‘[The submission of the Facebook screenshot] It was sabotage through malicious communication and hatred, and the Durham District Council helped and supported this abusive and unnecessary exclusion of an advocate of a disability advocate.
My voice is also important.
‘Non -professional, harmful and never professionally handled.’

Wingfield insists that Saga has opened for increasing abuse, which is the definite result of the Council’s social media policy.
‘[The saga] He allowed people to be bullying, and he said that the policies and procedures are for this. ”
‘I have done too many enemies who were advocated by disabled, and there is a lot of hatred for disabled people and was enlarged when you were open to the public. That’s why I’m interested in a lot of trolls.
‘This was a problem close to my heart, and they canceled me and tell me that I am not as valid or important as everyone else.
I wish I could change it. I’m thinking of going out of the area because my help work and community work is good, my local area where opportunities are sabotaged.
‘I didn’t do anything wrong and the content at the end of the day [on the podcast] It was very important. ‘
However, the Serpinti did not end with the shelves of his podcast. The disability advocate realized that he was removed from the pictures taken during the photo shoot he attended.
Ms. Wingfield’s shoulder can be seen in one of the shootings from the day of the promotional day, but her face was left out of the Institute.

“ I felt very rejected and thrown. Very inhuman. ‘
In order to add an insult to the injury, someone had a Facebook account dedicated to his acting career after notifying for identity.
Meanwhile, his page in ETSY was temporarily removed after a similar complaint he suspected of coming from someone in his hometown Newton Aycliffe.
“A very small town, so the smallest thing becomes a big thing,” Mrs. Wingfield added.
‘I have been the target of some local click hate campaigns in my country and I am constantly fighting.’
Durham District Council President Jim Murray, Head of Education and Skills, said: ‘We are determined to support and voice people from all pasts.
‘This commitment is an important motivation behind Podcast, which we have established to share the experiences of disabled people.
It was decided not to publish a department containing Sarah. We have informed Sarah about this decision and the reasons behind it in both written and personally and emphasized how great its prosperity is for us.
‘We are eager to continue to support Sarah through our Durhamenable service, which aims to help disabled people to gain their skills and confidence in long -term employment.’
