9. The decision of the US Court of Appeal does not mean that the court will ultimately agree with Mr. Trump, but for now, he leaves the command of the president and guards.
Early on Thursday, the US Regional Judge Charles Breyer, based in San Francisco, found that Mr. Trump’s deployment to the guards was illegal. Mr. Breyer’s 36 -page decision ordered the control of the governor of California Gavin Newsom, who brought the case to the national guards.
Mr. Breyer’s order was a short -lived victory for Mr. Newsom because he was paused about two and a half hours later.
The press office of the Mr. Newsom, which was requested, referred to the governor’s testimony after the first decision and stated that the appeal court put a temporary pause on the decision but did not reverse.

Mr. Trump welcomed the decision on Friday with pleasure in a social media mission.
The panel of the Court of Appeal of the three judges consisted of two referees appointed by Mr. Trump and a judge appointed by President Joe Biden. The panel said that taking into account the principle of Mr. Breyer’s order will take a hearing on Tuesday.
The court’s case, called administrative accommodation, gave appeals to the judges of the Trump administration to take additional time to consider the request of Mr. Breyer to prevent the order of Mr. Breyer, while the case continues in the case.
Mr Trump called the national guards on Saturday in response to protests on the immigrant raids, and then ordered US marine to support the guards to US maritime guards on Monday.
Pointing out an extraordinary use of military forces to support civil police operations in the United States, 700 US Maritime Battalion is expected to arrive on Friday.
The troops kept in a federal detention center in a federal detention center in the city center of Los Angeles, in a federal detention center in which most of the protests took place in a solidarity demonstration for immigrants detained inside. So far, protests have been ended by peaceful, violent incidents and limited to several city blocks.
The guard also accompanied migration and customs execution agencies on operations to detain immigrants.
In his decision, Mr. Breyer wrote that the existence of the troops in the city declared tension with protesters – a debate between the Mayor of Los Angeles Karen Bass, among others, deprived the ability to use the guards for other purposes.

On Thursday, Mrs. Bass called on ice officers to stop the intense raid series that led to protests and said that the local economy could be damaged when immigrants stayed at home for fear of breaking off the streets.

The court war and press conference underlined the political polarization created by Mr. Trump’s challenging approach to immigration sanction and wide use of the presidential power.
Mr. Trump promises a campaign to deport immigrants and uses strong tactics consistent with the political style that breaks the norm that chooses it twice.
The Democrats said that the use of military force was unnecessary and that it was an example of Mr. Trump’s authority.
Americans are divided into Mr. Trump’s decision to activate the army. However, the Trump administration immediately appealed the judge’s order and described Mr. Breyer’s decision as özlik an extraordinary intervention to the president’s chief commander ”.
Mr. Trump justified the deployment of troops by characterizing the protests in Los Angeles as a “rebellion ,, but Mr. Breyer said that the protests were rather than this legal standard in the temporary restriction order.
“The court is uncomfortable with the implications that claim that protests against the federal government, which is a fundamental civilian freedom protected by the first amendment, may justify the finding of rebellion against the federal government,” Breyer wrote.
On Friday, Mr. Trump reiterated that if he hadn’t ordered the National Guards, the city would be in flames and he wrote, “We’ve saved La.”
