Kolkata gang rape case: Medical exam corroborates ‘forceful penetration, assault marks on neck’

The incident at the Legal College brought back the terrible memories of the rape and murder of a trainee in RG Snow Medical College and Hospital in Northern Kolkata in August last year.

In his written complaint to the police, the victim said he had gone to the college to fill a form for a test and had to return in the union room even after completing it.

“Then one of the three defendants suggested him to marry, but refused to tell them that he was already in a relationship.” He said.
