The Princess of Wales has released her third film, highlighting the beauty of ‘Mother Nature’ as she bakes bread and plays with children in a touching tribute to autumn.
Unlike the previous clip, Princess Kate appears in the short video published on Wales’ official Instagram account.
The Duchess of Cambridge described the season as one of ‘reflection, growth and deeper connection’, praising nature as well as the slightly cooler months.
In the heartwarming video, the royal family can be seen walking through woodland admiring the changing leaves during the ‘elegance’ months.
In October, the Princess, voiced by Kate, could take to the stage as she tackles outdoor cooking alongside chef Gill Meller and children from Farley Junior Academy in Luton.

Filming for the video also took place in Northern Ireland, where the princess visited Long Meadow Cider in Co Armagh and Mallon Farm in Co Tyrone with the Prince of Wales in October.
Alongside tranquil music and birdsong, the Princess of Wales notes how ‘clarity’ can be found later in the year.
Images of scenic mountains and countryside are shown, while addressing the opportunity to have ‘greater awareness of our inner and outer worlds’.

‘With the turning of the seasons, Mother Nature teaches us that there is beauty in change, permanence and abandonment.

The series, which launched in the UK in the spring as a celebration of the changing seasons and ‘a reminder and reflection of the beauty and complexity of the human experience’, has attracted huge public interest.
In May, the Princess of Wales turned to film again, releasing a video herself explaining how she embraced the ‘healing power of nature’ during her cancer treatment.
The series, broadcast on Kensington Palace’s social media channels, started with the three-minute film ‘Spring’, narrated by Catherine and including images of herself and Prince William on the Isle of Mull.
The other short film will be released towards the end of the year, and the Winter versions will arrive soon.

Referring to how she sought comfort and strength from being outdoors with her family during her cancer battle last year, she said: ‘Over the past year, nature has been my sanctuary.
‘The natural world’s capacity to inspire us, nourish us and help us heal and grow is limitless and has been understood for generations.
‘It is through nature that we can fully understand the true interconnectedness of all things, the importance of balance, renewal and resilience. ‘Connecting with nature helps us have a deeper understanding of ourselves, the world around us and each other.’
He added: ‘Spring is the season of rebirth, hope and new beginnings. From the dark days of winter, the outside world quietly awakens with new life and a sense of optimism, expectation and positive, hopeful change comes.
‘Just as nature revives and renews, so can we. Let’s reconnect with nature and celebrate a new dawn in our hearts.
‘The biggest change can often happen from the smallest seeds, and in this ever-growing complex world we need to hold on to what connects us all. Spring is here, let’s make the most of it together.’
The Princess also makes it clear how much she hopes her message will provide an antidote to an ‘increasingly complex and digital world’.
Signing the post with ‘C’, a sign that it comes from her personally, Catherine wrote: ‘In this year’s Mental Health Awareness Week, we celebrate humanity’s long-standing connection with nature and its capacity to inspire us and help us heal and grow in mind, body and spirit.
‘As we face the challenges of an increasingly complex and digital world, the importance of the connection between humanity and nature becomes even more important.
‘The Mother Nature series is a reminder and reflection of the beauty and complexity of the human experience. It’s a tribute to the lessons we can learn from nature, which help us stimulate our own growth and strengthen our connections with the world around us and with each other.’
