Gold Coast woman allegedly faked pregnancies, ultrasounds to scam men

A Gold Coast woman is accused of imitating pregnancy, creating ultrasound scans and demanding money in a detailed follow -up and fraud plan from men she meets on social media.
The police claim that the 25 -year -old child hit twice between January and March this year, a 37 -year -old Kingaroy man and then a 31 -year -old Tara man.
Each relationship is short -lived, but detectives claim that both men are pregnant and fill with messages, claiming that they need money for medical expenses.
Officers claim that the woman even sends false ultrasound images and even produced medical documents, and then pretends to have given birth and demand more cash.

The images of the arrest of the woman show an officer who applies the search order.
Before being accompanied by a police car waiting for him, the officer says that he had an order “about a follow -up investigation”.
Tugun was accused of 16 crimes, including five fraud, fraud, and accusations related to pursuit and drugs.
He was detained and confronted the Southport Magistrate Court on 19 September.
Inspectors believe that more alleged victims, especially in the Gold Coast region, and called on everyone who has knowledge to come to the fore.
